I'll never understand whether this wine is the one with 6g or 10g of dosage, but who cares...dosage is low either way and it's plain delicious. Great apple and mineral flavors. Nice bead. Nothing too complicated and a great NV Champagne to accompany melon and prosciutto and Opah fillets with a garlic, lemon, butter sauce. Lovely wine.
