Slight leaker...the wine had seeped between the bottle neck and the cork very slightly, so a little bit of oxidation is obvious. Slightl browning rim on a ruby red color. Nose shows slightly oxidized, but also shows some spice and plum. Piedmont-like autumnal notes. Good palate with flavors of tar, plum, and brown sugar. Finishes dry. Solid wine.
