Superb Riesling. Great golden yellowish color and nose that is all-petrol. Tastes fantastic though with honey, apple, and cut flowers and a load of crushed rock. Not nearly as sweet as I thought it would be, this went very well with the white pizza. Proof again why to hold German Riesling (off-dry) for a while before consumption.
