Ugh. Nothing positive to report on this wine. Smells like cotton candy and candy corn with some smokey black fruit behind it. Not nearly as sweet on the palate as on the nose, but too viscous and alcohol rich. Despite that, fruit on the mid-palate is hollow and finish short. Definitely not heat damaged, corked, or otherwise spoiled. Just not my cup of tea.
