Had this on Saturday night with Oysters and dungeness crab. At $22, this wine is a steal. It's pure, focused, zingy minerals and lemon apple flavors, and bone-dry. It tastes like Champagne without bubbles and far outperforms its $22 price tag. A wine that should be in Chablis lovers' cellar by the case lot. Although the premier and grand crus should thrill even more, this is the perfect everyday Chablis.
