N.V. Franck Bonville Champagne Brut Selection Blanc de Blancs (France, Champagne, Avize, Champagne)

Very nice Champagne. Pale yellow/white color and lots of bubbles. Very nice cut and freshness, yet some yeasty notes and richness. Apple and orchard fruit. Very nice Champagne and even better considering the sub-$30 price tag. Recommended.
