This might be my wine of the year so far. Incredibly young, still, but the promise this wine shows is amazing. Lots of delicious cherry and black currant fruit with earth and peat moss, leather, and a hint of sweet chocolate. Completely dry with an amazing finish and a silky, slinky texture to die for. It is Loire Cab Franc at its best with amazing complexity of flavor and aromas and a deliciousness that's hard to describe in words. I've had many First Growths from Bordeaux that couldn't touch this wine's quality level. Buy all you can.
