2007 Dönnhoff Tonschiefer Riesling trocken (Germany, Nahe)

I can't get enough of this stuff. It drinks so well, and despite the fact that it is a dry Riesling, it has just enough residual sugar to be "sueffig". I prefer to drink this elixir with cheeses, light appetizers, or pate. Even my wife really liked this.
