Straw yellow, bordering on white color. Nose of green apple, crushed/liquified rock, white flowers, and a hint of lemon and honey. On the palate, green apple, minerals, and gardenia blossoms rule. Finish is good. Will be paired with "Greek-Style" broiled Snapper tonight and should be a great pairing.
