Nice wine. Popped and poured and as so often is the case, a soaked cork that was difficult to get out. Showed very nice white blossom, crisp apple and crushed shale. As it airs, it gets more and more classic petroleum on the nose. This was a superb companion to homemade chicken curry with Tandoori Roti.
