Last bottle of this and what a beauty. Deep dark kirsch liqueur and garrigue with a hefty dose of animale and leather. This regular cuvee is as good or better than many luxury cuvees produced in CdP (IMO). Lovely wine that I can't have enough of. paired incredibly well with grilled, herb-marinated leg of lamb with couscous, roasted onion, and parsley salad.
