2005 Hexamer Meddersheimer Altenberg Riesling Spätlese Trocken (Germany, Nahe)

Was open since yesterday and kept in fridge overnight. Pale yellow color that's nearly white. Fresh nose of white peach, jasmine, and crushed rocks. Completely dry palate that plays on apple, gardenia, and minerality. Finishes strong. The dry Rieslings are my favorites in Hexamer's lineup. Recommended and a super QPR when bought directly from the Weingut (which this was).

What are your favorite trocken Rieslings from Germany?

P.S. Photo is not from this wine but same producer.
