Popped and poured and open for business. This wine just smells incredible. Earth, truffle, dark/black fruit profile with the typical Chateauneuf-funk. Has silky texture, with sweet fruit, but good dry extract at the same time. Tannins are pretty soft, but this is in no danger of decline in my opinion. Perfectly drinkable right now, but should hold for years. Can't go wrong with this one.
