Notes from a Wine tasting last night

As you can probably tell by the flurry of notes this morning, we had a wine tasting last night that was extremely fun. Please note that the wines were consumed with the following food:

Appetizer: White Pizza (AOC Neapolitan Pizza Dough + fresh Mozzarella and Sage)

Entree: Beef Tenderloin Tchoupitoula with balsamic and peppercorn jus

Sides: Wilted spinach with bacon, mashed potatoes

Dessert: Sacher Torte, New York Cheesecake
