This showed well last night, too. Dark fruit profile that is turning more into the red spectrum with good savory flavors and dryness. Shows some subtle spice, and pure Pinot fruit. I wouldn't call this elegant, but it's also not a brute. Somewhere in the middle. I am not going gaga over it, but it's definitely a very solid wine that will probably hold for quite a few years as it has a sturdy structure. If you can get it inexpensively, it's a buy, but at anything over $45 I would hesitate.
