This was amazing tonight. It's been open for days. Big aroma and flavors of butterscotch and pear, but loads of minerals and gravel in the background. Finishes long. I don't usually like California Chardonnay anymore, but this was the perfect match for grilled fresh halibut steaks tonight. Delicious.
