1994 E. Guigal Gigondas (France, Rhône, Southern Rhône, Gigondas)

What a surprise. Earthy, loamy, fresh thyme, menthol, and gameyness. Great texture with kirsch flavors and it seems like the Grenache dominates here. Can still be cellared another few years.
