Opened this last night to go along with grilled steak. Fantastic wine and very traditional CdP style. Although this doesn't have the concentration of more modern cuvees, this is a tremendously packed wine that shows kirsch and garrigue in spades and at age 8, it is beginning to show some minor tertiary notes of earth and autumn leaves. Unlike my last bottle, this one doesn't seem overly tannic, but fully balanced and with admirable freshness. A real food wine. If you like traditional CdP, you'll love this.
